a. Delivery method
- Order online: After receiving your order according to O'PETIT's ordering system, we will review the weight and select the appropriate carrier.
- Buy directly at the store: No. 31 Nam Ho street, Da Lat city, Lam Dong province
When your item leaves the warehouse, we will notify you of the shipping carrier and estimated delivery time via the email you have registered.
b. Estimated time for delivery and shipping costs
- The product will be delivered to you in 3-5 days depending on the shipping distance.
- Shipping time is 2-3 days from when the shipping unit confirms that the goods have been picked up at the store. .
- All of our products use the default shipping service which is fast delivery.
- Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package.

- For customers with orders worth VND 3,000,000 or more, shipping will be free.
- For customers delivering around Da Lat with express delivery service, shipping cost is 24,000 VND.
- For customers who order online and pick up goods at O'Petit Da Lat Coffee store, shipping will be free.
c. Demarcation of responsibilities of traders and organizations providing logistics services for the provision of goods documents during the delivery process.
- All orders are prepackaged for shipping.
- The shipping unit will only be responsible for transporting goods according to the principle of "original belt, original condition".
- On the packaging of all orders, there is information:
+ Recipient information, including: Recipient's name, phone number and recipient's address;
+ Bill of lading of the order.
- For goods damaged during transportation, we will be the party responsible for solving the problem for the customer.
