O'Petit Cascara Tea with Cau Dat honey flavor is handcrafted from ripe coffee pods. Prepared by the honey method.
We have two choices:
- Cascara honey is preliminarily processed by the method of honey which is peeled from the coffee cherries when the coffee berries are fresh.
- Natural cascara is prepared according to the natural method with a sweet taste and is peeled from the coffee fruit after the fruit is dried.
Mixing:
1) Rinse the Cascara
2) Put 20g of Cascara in a jar with a lid
3) Pour 600ml of boiling water and incubate for about 3 minutes
4) When the incubation is done now all you have to do is remove the Cascara shell. You can use filter paper or funnel to filter. Don't forget to prepare a pitcher, and put some ice cubes in it!
5) Drop in lemon slices, strawberries, longan, and a little honey. Stir to combine the flavors.
