O'Petit House's 100% Robusta roasted coffee is naturally processed and dried whole. After being harvested, ripe Robusta coffee cherries will be washed and filtered to remove leaves and pods. Then we dry the whole fruit, the sweetness of the coffee fruit will be absorbed into the coffee bean. Coffee beans will be dried in the sun and in a greenhouse to ensure cleanliness.
Robusta seeds of the old Robusta variety (old Robusta varieties) are naturally processed and dried with whole ripe coffee beans combined with standard roasting techniques, O'Petit House Robusta coffee has a unique flavor. The bitterness at the beginning and the sweetness of the Robusta coffee fruit at the end. O'Petit's roasting technique is up to standard so even when roasted at medium roast level, there is no longer the astringent taste of coffee fruit but still brings the faint scent of ripe coffee fruit. With filter coffee roasted at a dark roast level, it gives the coffee beans the sweetness of caramel without any burnt taste. O'Petit House's rustic roasted coffee has machine brewed and filter brewed coffees with medium and dark roast levels, respectively.
Culi robusta are round coffee beans (often called Bi coffee) and there is only one bean in a fruit. Strong bitter taste, high caffeine content, black water. Normally, a coffee fruit has 2 kernels (2 coffee beans) and coffee beans have a flat shape, but due to a mutation, the coffee tree produces a coffee fruit with only 1 kernel (1 bean). When coffee has only one bean, they develop into a fuller, round shape.
To ensure coffee roasting, Culi coffee is separated and roasted separately. Culi coffee, after being separated from flat coffee beans, will be sold as a separate coffee line. The price of Culi coffee is often higher than the price of coffee of the same type.
The taste of Culi coffee

Due to its rare output, and especially its precious and unique flavor, Culi coffee is called the "pearl" bean in the coffee kingdom by coffee enthusiasts. Culi mutant coffee is relatively rare, accounting for about 2 - 4% of the crop.
