Return and exchange policy
We have a policy of compensation and refund if you no longer need it.

We only accept returns with undamaged, undamaged, undamaged products.

Refund period: Products can be exchanged only once within 48 hours (2 days) from the date of receipt
Return method
Please contact directly at the hotline number: 090.345.3365 and listen to instructions on how to handle it from the customer service staff. Then please do the following steps:
Step 1: You send the refund to the address: 31 Nam Ho, Ward 11, Da Lat City, Lam Dong Province
Note: When you return the goods, please leave detailed information in the package sent to the office address. Please include item number, order number, invoice number and other details if possible.
Step 2: O'Petit Coffee delivers new goods to customers according to the exchange request agreed by both parties; or in case the customer needs to return the goods, O'Petit Coffee will refund the corresponding value of the goods returned to the customer by transfer or by another method depending on the agreement of the two parties.
Return costs
- If you exchange or refund the product due to a defect in our product. All return and exchange costs will be borne by us.
- If you exchange or return the product because you want or no longer need it, the return and exchange costs will be your responsibility. Return shipping cost is 40,000 VND and 5% of the value of the goods.
